This Privacy Policy explains how GAVIGO Inc. (“GAVIGO”, “we”) handles information collected through this website. It applies to the public marketing site only and not to any separate product environment.

We collect the information you choose to submit through our forms — the partner pilot application, the investor review request, and the contact form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email, company or firm, role, website, details about your interactive content, and any message you provide. We also record limited technical metadata with each submission (such as IP address and browser user agent) to help prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and evaluate pilot or review requests.
• To contact you about your submission.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to operate the site. Form submissions are stored in a managed database (Neon) and our team is notified of new submissions via Slack. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics is loaded with consent defaulted to denied. We use it to measure aggregate, non-identifying usage such as which calls to action are clicked. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep submission records for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your enquiry, and to maintain business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing hello@gavigo.com.
