Partner Pilot

Bring one interactive experience. Leave with measurable activation proof.

GAVIGO is preparing selected Watch & Play activation pilots for studios, publishers, and web-playable content owners that want to evaluate discovery-to-play friction, activation behavior, readiness, failure, and first interaction.

What the initial pilot can include

  • One selected interactive experience
  • Watch & Play deployment
  • Content and readiness review
  • Activation-path measurement
  • Activation success and failure reporting
  • Time-to-playable reporting
  • Time-to-first-interaction reporting
  • Session and return-to-feed behavior
  • Reuse and readiness signals where applicable
  • Structured partner proof report
  • Recommended next step

Suitable partners

  • Have one to three candidate titles available for initial review
  • Can provide browser-playable or web-deployable content
  • Control the relevant content and distribution rights
  • Have a technical contact available
  • Want to test a controlled activation use case before broader deployment
  • Agree to define pilot goals and measurement priorities

One title or interactive experience would normally be selected for the initial scoped pilot.

Partner responsibilities

  • Provide the selected content or deployable build
  • Confirm rights to use the content within the pilot
  • Provide a technical and commercial contact
  • Explain the current discovery flow
  • Define what the partner wants to learn
  • Participate in the scoping and review process

Pilot boundaries

The pilot is a controlled technical and product evaluation. It is not a guaranteed user acquisition channel, broad marketplace launch, production SLA, or guaranteed CAC, CPI, ROAS, revenue, or hosting-cost improvement.

Pilot scope, timeline, success criteria, and commercial terms are confirmed after an initial scoping review. Selected pilots may be structured as paid evaluations.
