# GAVIGO > GAVIGO prepares, activates, measures, and improves interactive workloads from discovery to first interaction. Watch & Play is the first visible product surface, with games as the first wedge. ## What We Build GAVIGO is building infrastructure that prepares, activates, measures, and improves interactive workloads from the moment a user shows intent. - Activation-Path Classification - Runtime Readiness and Reuse - Preserved-State Behavior - Failure and Interaction Telemetry - Partner Proof Reporting ## Watch & Play A user discovers interactive content inside a mobile-first surface, taps, and enters a playable session without leaving the discovery flow for an app-store redirect or install wall. Flow: Discover → Tap → Activate → Play → Measure → Return or continue Live demo: https://ire.gavigo.com/mobile/?utm_source=gavigo-website&utm_medium=cta&utm_campaign=watch-and-play-demo ## Proof (controlled measurements) Current controlled technical proof includes: - 78% — Application-Level Reduction: A 78% application-level reduction in valid work — the same output produced with less valid application-level work across the representation ladder. - 4.45s → 1.00s — Controlled Startup Path: A controlled startup-path improvement: cold sklearn startup compared with the lowest measured pure-Python checkpoint path. - ~140ms — Application-Level State Restore: The application-level cost the restore path removes — not the end-to-end activation latency a user sees. - ~64MB — Preserved State Restored: Approximately 64MB of preserved state restored into a fresh process after true pod death. These are real, controlled application-level measurements from our current proof stage — repeatable, not a mockup. They are not a production SLA or a complete end-to-end activation time: infrastructure work such as scheduling, container creation, networking, and readiness also affects the full path. - NVIDIA Inception - Google for Startups Cloud Program - Patent pending | U.S. nonprovisional application filed Program participation and filing status — not endorsements or product validation. ## Partner Pilot GAVIGO is preparing selected Watch & Play activation pilots for studios, publishers, and web-playable content owners that want to evaluate discovery-to-play friction, activation behavior, readiness, failure, and first interaction. The pilot is a controlled technical and product evaluation. It is not a guaranteed user acquisition channel, broad marketplace launch, production SLA, or guaranteed CAC, CPI, ROAS, revenue, or hosting-cost improvement. Pilot scope, timeline, success criteria, and commercial terms are confirmed after an initial scoping review. Selected pilots may be structured as paid evaluations. ## Company - Saba Geçgil — Founder and CEO - Gözde Garcia — Founding Chief of Staff & Partner Operations Lead - Lutfullah Uğurer — VP Engineering, Backend, Cloud Infrastructure and Operations - Chan Meng — Founding Principal Engineer, Activation, Execution and AI Systems - Olga Adam — Founding Runtime Systems Lead ## Writing Notes from the team (RSS: https://gavigo.com/blog/feed.xml): - How we build: measurement over claims — Every capability claim we make ships with the measurement behind it and the boundary around it. A look at the engineering discipline that produces our proof. (https://gavigo.com/blog/how-we-build-measurement-over-claims) - What we mean by "restore" — "Restored" and "kept warm" are not the same thing. We split activation into explicit paths and account for each one honestly — including the one we don't yet support. (https://gavigo.com/blog/what-we-mean-by-restore) - Preserving AI state across a pod death — We killed the process for real, then brought the working context back. A controlled measurement of restoring ~64MB of preserved model state in ~140ms — and the boundary around it. (https://gavigo.com/blog/preserving-ai-state-across-a-pod-death) - Cutting startup work without touching the kernel — A controlled look at how choosing a lighter representation of the same workload cut application-level startup work from 4.45s to 1.00s — and exactly where that optimization stops. (https://gavigo.com/blog/cutting-startup-work-without-the-kernel) - Activation is an infrastructure problem — Discovery got solved. The seconds between a tap and a running, interactive experience did not. Here is how we treat that gap as an infrastructure problem — predict, prepare, activate, and recover.
